01  The argument

Agencies sell you the senior partner and then bill you for the graduate.

You take the pitch meeting with someone experienced, sign, and discover the day-to-day work belongs to an associate learning on your budget. Weeks disappear into alignment calls. Decisions that should take an afternoon take a quarter.

This is the opposite arrangement. You work with one senior practitioner from the first conversation to the final delivery. Nobody is being trained on your account. Strategic decisions land in days.

The other half of it: marketing and technology cannot sit in separate rooms. Most stacks fail at the seam between what the business intends and what the architecture actually does. Work that spans both is work that closes that gap.

02  Capabilities

AI and data architecture

Modernising the technical stack for the next generation of operations.

  • Custom AI integration and workflow automation
  • Universal data layer and semantic modelling
  • Platform evaluation, modernisation and migration architecture

Marketing technology and operations

Turning fragmented tools into one predictable engine.

  • Customer data platform and analytics implementation
  • Lifecycle automation and full-funnel attribution
  • Enterprise martech selection and consolidation

Fractional strategic leadership

Executive technical direction without a full-time hire.

  • Technical due diligence for investments and acquisitions
  • Strategic roadmap development through growth stages
  • Vendor alignment and cross-functional technical leadership
03  Engagements

Three shapes. Scope and price agreed before work begins, so you are never buying an open meter.

Fixed scope

Strategic audit and roadmap

A focused sprint to evaluate the existing stack, diagnose the real bottleneck, and produce an execution plan someone can actually act on.

04  Fit

When this is the wrong call

A senior independent is not the right answer to every problem, and saying so early costs less than discovering it in month three.

  • You need volume execution. Campaign production, content at scale, or a standing delivery team. An agency is genuinely better at that, and cheaper.
  • You need a full-time employee. If the work is permanent and constant, hire. Fractional is for judgment applied at intervals, not for a seat that should be filled.
  • The decision is already made. If what you want is validation of a chosen vendor, you do not need an advisor.
  • Nobody internal owns the outcome. Strategy without an owner becomes a document nobody reads.
05  Start

Describe the problem in a few sentences.

Send the current architecture and what you are trying to reach. You will get a straight answer on whether this is a fit, what it would take, and what it would cost. No sales sequence and no pitch deck.
